COAL TOWNSHIP — Henry Hynoski had some outstanding wide receivers at his disposal, particularly last season when first-year seniors Matt Schicchitano and Joe Masser were roaming the field. Yet, the Shamokin Area coach knew he was missing a special athlete who could have been a difference maker for the Indians.

Billy Delbaugh was making a name for himself for Shamokin, but it was not on the gridiron. He has been one of the top performers for track and field coach Mike Rogers as a jumper and a sprinter.
