BERWICK — Southern Columbia was originally supposed to kick off their 2020 campaign at Crispin Field against Berwick in what would have been the most intriguing opening game across Pennsylvania. Unfortunately, due to the coronavirus, the game was cancelled last month. As a consolation, the three-time defending PIAA champion Tigers were at least able to travel to take on the Bulldogs for their scrimmage.

“Everyone was looking forward to this being a week one game, but obviously this past half year has changed everything in life,” said the Tigers 10-time state champion head coach Jim Roth.
