Southern Columbia (9-1) might have lost a regular season game for the first time in seemingly forever last month, but the Tigers appear to be back to playing at a level that they hope carries them to a fifth consecutive PIAA championship.

“Getting some of our guys back that were out with injuries has been a huge boost for our team,” Southern coach Jim Roth said. “Getting two of our starting backs (Braeden Wisloski and Wes Barnes) back in our lineup on the field has helped our offense and hopefully it continues to help Blake Wise’s confidence grow at quarterback.”
