LEWISBURG — As winners of six out of its last seven games — three of them by eight points or fewer — Shamokin girls basketball is heating up at just the right time.

The Indians continued to stay hot in Thursday’s Heartland Athletic Conference Division II matchup against the Lewisburg Green Dragons — a game that should go a long way in aiding their postseason chances.
