FRANKLIN TOWNSHIP — For the second night in a row, Southern Columbia’s girls basketball team turned a tight halftime score into a blowout victory.

In their 67-44 win over Montoursville, the Tigers scored 29 points in the third quarter and had many hands involved in the success.
