COAL TOWNSHIP — A lot has changed, and not for the better, since the state’s high school wrestlers gathered for their sectional tournaments to begin their quest for berth in the PIAA championship tournament last February.

A year ago, few knew about COVID-19, which had not yet been declared a pandemic. Even fewer had any idea that within the next month, it would become a worldwide health threat.
