HARRISBURG — House Bill 2787, which would give each individual school district to make its own decision on the amount of spectators that would be allowed into extracurricular activities and sports, was approved by the Senate on a 39-11 vote Wednesday afternoon.

Following the vote, the bill was sent to the governor’s desk to be signed into law.
