Despite all of our current issues that need and deserve to be addressed in a thoughtful and logical way that could make the quality of life better for everyone, for so many reasons, this is still the greatest country in the world and well-worth celebrating. With the recent increases in confirmed cases of COVID-19, the sports and entertainment worlds, like the rest of us, are still battling to figure things out when it comes to trying to return to some sense of normalcy. As everyone realizes, that isn’t easy and we do seem to have to accept a “new normal.”

Due to a recent viral outbreak among members of World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE), a lot of the company plans have had to be changed during the past weeks. Some talents have tested positive, others have needed to stay away due to being in close contact with those individuals. Some folks have chosen not to work due to concerns about family members or travel hassles with states requiring two-week quarantines for those returning from designated hot-spot states. Florida, where WWE has been taping television, certainly qualifies as a hot spot after recently recording days with so many new cases of COVID.
