After last week’s win over Mifflinburg, the Shamokin Area Indians now hold a 3-2 record. The only problem is that both of those losses have been to Heartland Conference Division 1 foes Central Mountain and Selinsgrove. The road doesn’t get any easier as the Jersey Shore Bulldogs, last year’s state runner up and currently undefeated and tied at the top of the conference standings come into Kemp Memorial Stadium.

With the Indians currently at 0-2 in the conference, tonight’s matchup will be of much importance. Central Mountain is 3-0 in Division 1 and Jersey Shore sits at 2-0.
