SHAMOKIN — When COVID-19 started to affect sports in March, athletes got creative with the way they trained.
With gyms being closed and teams unable to hold practice, student-athletes turned to exercising at home and using the outdoors to stay in shape while hoping for the resumption of their respective sports back in the spring at the start of the pandemic.
