For many years and under many positions, Terry Sharrow, who passed away on Jan. 4 from complications of COVID-19, made an impact at Southern Columbia.

Aside from being a positive influence for students after being hired as a business teacher by the school district in 1969, Sharrow served the sports community by coaching varsity football, basketball and baseball at SCA. In addition, he was the school’s athletic director for 25 years until he retired in 2010.
